RETURN POLICY
Returns
Our return policy is valid for a duration of 30 days. Should 30 days elapse from the date of your purchase, regrettably, we are unable to provide a refund.
For a return, ensure your item is unused and in the same condition as received, as well as in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Book with obvious signs of use.
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, an email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of the item. You will also be informed of the decision regarding your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time-frame.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In the event you have not received a refund yet, it is advisable to verify your bank account once more. Next, reach out to your credit card provider, as it might require some time for your refund to be officially processed.If all steps have been completed and a refund has not been received, contact us at inaprinting@yahoo.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Solely regular priced goods are eligible for refunds, whereas sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement. Exchange for the same item if needed, send us an email at inaprinting@yahoo.com and send your item to: 710 Huntington commons rd. apt. 3B Mount Prospect Illinois US 60056.
Gifts
In the event that the item was designated as a gift during the purchase and delivered directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will then be sent to you.
If the purchase was not identified as a gift or if the gift sender opted to receive the order themselves for later delivery, a refund will be issued to the gift sender upon processing the return.

You will be accountable for covering your shipping expenses when returning your item. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. If you are refunded, the return shipping cost will be subtracted.
Based on geographical location, the duration for your replacement item to arrive may differ.
For items over $75, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance is advisable. We cannot ensure receipt of your returned item.
